Chelsea's Mykhailo Mudryk has been charged by the FA for a breach of anti-doping regulations and could be suspended for up to four years. The forward was provisionally suspended in December last year after returning a positive test for a prohibited substance. His club are yet to comment on the situation. If found guilty, the Ukrainian might not play again until 2028.

Mykhailo Mudryk has been charged by the Football Association (FA) following a breach of anti-doping rules, according to a report in the Telegraph.
The Chelsea forward has not played since late last year after testing positive for a prohibited substance.
The provisional suspension meant that he could not even train with the club.
And now, after the return of his 'B' sample, the FA revealed the Ukrainian had been charged.
The FA reportedly told the Telegraph: "We can confirm that Mykhailo Mudryk has been charged with anti-doping rule violations alleging the presence and/or use of a prohibited substance, in terms of Regulations 3 and 4 of The FA's Anti-Doping Regulations.
"As this is an ongoing case, we are not in a position to comment further at this time."
If found guilty, Mudryk could be banned for up to four years.
But writing on Instagram in December, Mudryk's test failure was a "complete shock" to him.
"This has come as a complete shock as I have never knowingly used any banned substances or broken any rules, and am working closely with my team to investigate how this could have happened," he said.
"I know that I have not done anything wrong and remain hopeful that I will be back on the pitch soon. I cannot say any more now due to the confidentiality of the process, but I will as soon as I can."

Chelsea, who are currently in the United States for the FIFA Club World Cup, have not commented on the situation.
Mudryk, who joined the club in 2023, has scored 10 goals in 71 appearances across all competitions.
The 24-year-old no longer has a designated shirt number at Stamford Bridge, although his contract runs until 2030, with the option of an extra 12 months.
