TEN-MAN CHELSEA SUNK AS WILSON NETS WINNER
Harry Wilson’s late winner secured Fulham a 2-1 victory over Chelsea to move level on points with their west London rivals, after Marc Cucurella was sent off in front of The Blues' incoming head coach Liam Rosenior.
Chelsea had a lot to prove as the visitors at Craven Cottage with the newly-appointed head coach sat in the stands, as interim boss Calum McFarlane hoped to end The Blues' five-game winless run.
They quickly went on the back foot after Cucurella received a red for dragging Wilson down outside the box in the 22nd minute, creating pure derby drama.
Jimenez found the breakthrough after a goalless first half with a soaring header into the bottom right corner on 55 minutes.
Later, Liam Delap profited from Fulham’s inability to deal with a plethora of Chelsea set pieces, with a superb first Premier League goal for his club to equalise.
However, Wilson finally secured the win with a well-timed low volley to move Fulham ninth in the league, level on points with Chelsea.

FANTASTIC FULHAM FORM
That's Fulham's sixth unbeaten game in the league after their draw with Liverpool at the weekend.
While they had fewer shots on target in the match, the goals from Jimenez and Wilson saw them subject Chelsea to another disappointing performance and win their first west London derby since 2024.
They managed to control the game from the very start, only appearing to struggle with Chelsea's set pieces, coming unstuck only once at the hands of Delap.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT
It's a lot to take back to Stamford Bridge after one red, three quick yellows, and one big defeat for Chelsea in their final game under interim McFarlane.
Liam Rosenior, who was in the crowd tonight, is now in charge and will be leading the side as they face Charlton on Saturday in the FA Cup - live on TNT Sports and discovery+.
Lots to work on, but is there enough time?

HOW DOES THAT EFFECT THINGS
After that, Fulham and Chelsea are now level on points in the league, with Fulham in ninth on goal difference.
The loss is another big hit for Chelsea who now fall to eighth, slipping down from fifth as Brentford fill that spot.
