Rowe top-scored with 31 goals from 31 attempts, while Nansi Kuti chipped in with 23 to help secure maximum points in Group B.
Following an even start, Wales pulled away with Rowe and Phillipa Yarranton clinical in the circle.
The Feathers also produced an impressive defensive display, with several well-timed interventions to prevent any route back for their opponents, who suffered a fourth straight defeat.
Windsor shone on her debut with a superb all-action performance, including team-high tallies of 38 feeds into the circle and 23 assists.
Wales are finally up and running, and will hope they have not left it too late in their bid to claim a first ever medal at the Games.

End of Q3: Wales 58-24 Trinidad & Tobago
Nansi Kuti has missed seven of her 30 attempts, though that's only a minor blip for Wales.
They've continued to control proceedings, and stretch their advantage further.
The Feathers only allowed five points in that third quarter.
Lowest score?
It may well be for the Calypso Girls, though there is still time.
They're currently on 23, having recorded just 27 against Scotland and 28 against Jamaica.
Q3: Wales 50-21 Trinidad & Tobago
There has been some brilliant defending from Wales today.
Poppy Tydeman superbly reads a pass and intercepts, turning a potential counter into a 50th score for the Feathers.
Q3: Wales 43-19 Trinidad & Tobago
We're back under way with the second half.
Head to head
It's not the first time these sides are facing off at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
They also locked horns at the neighboring SECC Preccint in 2014, with Wales prevailing 56-31.
End of Q2: Wales 43-19 Trinidad & Tobago
Crisp and incisive, Wales are firmly in command at half-time.
They're well on course to claim their first win in Group B.
Q2: Wales 35-15 Trinidad & Tobago
Afeisha Noel certainly isn't missing when she gets her opportunities. She's now 15 from 15.
The problem for her and Trinidad & Tobago is that they're so few and far between!
Meanwhile, Nansi Kuti and Phillipa Yarranton keep the scoreboard ticking over for Wales at the other end.
Q2: Wales 29-12 Trinidad & Tobago
Wales have introduced Nansi Kuti into their attack for the second quarter.
She's seamlessly slotted in with five from five thus far, though a handling error denies her the chance of another.

The Welsh Feathers have won a quarter for the first time at this year's Games.
Emily Handyside's team have looked superb defensively, winning possession and countering at a blistering pace.
Q1: Wales 13-6 Trinidad & Tobago
Errors and sloppiness have crept into the Calypso Girls' game.
Wales, despite their odd lapse themselves, show no signs of remorse to stretch their lead.
Sharp shooting
A clinical display so far from Rowe, who is 11 from 11.
Having been 31 from 31 against Uganda, can she notch another perfect shooting record today?
Q1: Wales 6-4 Trinidad & Tobago
The first turnover of the game following a wayward pass during a Trinidadian attack.
Wales took full advantage to swing the momentum in their favour.
Q1: Wales 2-3 Trinidad & Tobago
Real end-to-end stuff early on, with both sides taking their chances.
Six-foot-three Afeisha Noel is three from three already, taking her tally for the Games to 60.
Here we go
We're off and running in this Group B showdown!
It's time
The players are introduced out onto the court, and we're almost ready to get under way.
A reminder that you can watch all the action from the Glasgow Games live on TNT Sports and HBO Max.
Former world champions
Trinidad & Tobago certainly have historic pedigree when it comes to netball.
As hosts in 1979, the Calypso Girls won eight of their nine matches at the 1979 World Cup.
Their record was matched by Australia and New Zealand and, in the pre-playoff era, all three nations subsequently shared the crown.
