Bayern Munich chief Uli Hoeness spoke about the potential permanent transfer of Chelsea's Nicolas Jackson, who moved on loan from Stamford Bridge on deadline day. The move was initially scrapped after Liam Delap suffered an injury and Chelsea recalled Jackson, but the Senegalese striker was adamant on the move to the Bundesliga champions, where he will support Harry Kane.

Bayern Munich honorary president Uli Hoeness has suggested that a permanent move for Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson is off the table, with that transfer being dependent on his appearances.
Jackson moved to Bavaria on loan on deadline day, after an initial temporary move to Bayern was scrapped two days prior as Blues striker Liam Delap suffered an injury in a Premier League win over Fulham.
Jackson held out for Bayern and was granted his wish as Chelsea managed to end Marc Guiu's loan to Sunderland after just 26 days.
Bayern have paid a loan fee for the move and an obligation to buy was included in the deal, which is triggered if Jackson reaches a set number of appearances.
But Bayern honorary president Hoeness has revealed that Jackson will "never" reach the number of games required.
"It's not a €16.5 million loan fee, because the player and his agent are contributing €3m, so that leaves €13.5m," he told Sport1 Dopa.

The 24-year-old is not expected to start for the club given Harry Kane is their No. 9, but he will bolster their attacking output across the season.
He scored 13 goals in 37 matches for The Blues across all competitions last season before being deemed surplus to requirements, with Joao Pedro and Delap moving to Stamford Bridge.
"And there will definitely not be a permanent contract," Hoeness added. "That only happens if he plays 40 games from the start. He will never do that."

The 73-year-old also added that Bayern had hopes of signing Florian Wirtz and Nick Woltemade, but both went to the Premier League for vastly greater sums than Bayern were able to offer.
"Of course, we would have liked to have Florian Wirtz, but we'd never have bought him for €150m," he said.
"We offered €55m for Nick Woltemade, while Stuttgart wanted €75m. In the end he went to Newcastle for €90m.
"He isn't worth €90m. That only happened because of the money flowing from Saudi Arabia."
