Everton set to land Dibling
Everton are set to sign Tyler Dibling from Southampton with a deal largely agreed.
Everton will pay a little over ÂŁ40 million, with a 20 percent sell-on clause included.
The Athletic explains: "Everton are close to reaching an agreement to sign Tyler Dibling from Southampton.
"The proposed package for Dibling will be worth just over ÂŁ40 million ($54.2m), with the clubs still finalising the details and structure of the deal, which will include a 20 percent sell-on clause for Southampton.
"Personal terms have been agreed in principle but need finalising and, if all goes to plan, the 19-year-old will undergo a medical early next week."
United struggle to sell unsettled four
Manchester United are yet to move on a quartet of unsettled players this summer.
While Marcus Rashford has been loaned to Barcelona, none of Jadon Sancho, Antony, Alejandro Garnacho or Tyrell Malacia are yet to leave.
The Sun states: "Jadon Sancho, Antony, Alejandro Garnacho and Tyrell Malacia are all in limbo as they look to move on – boss [Ruben] Amorim having opened the door for all of them to leave.
"Sancho has turned down Roma, the same Italian club are interested in Malacia, Garnacho is still hoping Chelsea will come in for him and Antony wants to go back to Real Betis after spending the second half of the season on loan there.
"But there are no guarantees that all or even any of them will be gone by the close of the British transfer window on September 1."
Eze set to pick iconic shirt number
Arsenal are set to land Eberechi Eze in the coming days, and he will possibly take up a famous squad number.
The Mirror believes the deal is imminent, and suggest he could be wearing the famous No. 10 when he is given a squad number.
The paper reports: "Eberechi Eze is on course to complete a dream switch to Arsenal after the attacking midfielder's boyhood club gazumped their arch-rivals, Tottenham, at the last minute to agree a deal for the Crystal Palace star.
"Eze, 27, is a Gunners fan and spent time in the club's academy before being released at the age of 13. It's taken 14 years, but the England star will soon finally pull on the famous red and white shirt of Arsenal following another stellar season in Crystal Palace colours.
"And as if the FA Cup winner needed a further sweetener to the deal, there is every chance that Eze could land the iconic No. 10 shirt donned at both Palace and his previous club, QPR.
"The shirt is currently vacant at Arsenal after the club sold Emile Smith Rowe to Fulham last summer. And the prospect of following in the footsteps of club legends such as Dennis Bergkamp would surely appeal to Eze once his dream move is finalised."
West Ham scramble to make signings
West Ham have made a £17 million offer for Monaco’s Soungoutou Magassa, but have a host of other names in mind.
Southampton’s Mateus Fernandes, Barcelona duo Marc Casado and Hector Fort, Rennes’ Djaoui Cisse, Romano Schmid of Werder Bremen, Quinten Timber of Feyenoord and Ajax’s Kenneth Taylor are all seen as options.
The Daily Mail writes: "West Ham have bid around ÂŁ17 million including add-ons for Monaco midfielder Soungoutou Magassa.
"The versatile 21-year-old plays predominantly as a holding midfielder but can also operate in a box-to-box role and as a centre back.
"They have already been rebuffed in bids to sign Mateus Fernandes from Southampton, who is valued at ÂŁ50m, and have also asked about Marc Casado at Barcelona, along with his team-mate right back Hector Fort.
"The Hammers are continuing to assess alternatives across Europe, with Rennes' Djaoui Cisse, Werder Bremen's Romano Schmid and Feyenoord's Quinten Timber all under consideration.
"Ajax midfielder Kenneth Taylor is another name on their list, as West Ham look to add quality and depth to their midfield before the transfer window closes."
