PSG set sights on Alvarez

Atletico Madrid’s Julian Alvarez has reportedly "opened the door" to a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
Former Manchester City forward Alvarez has been Atletico’s standout player this season with nine goals and four assists in 15 appearances in all competitions.
He is under contract with Atletico until 2030 but, according to Sky’s Sacha Tavolieri, would welcome a move to PSG if the clubs can come to an agreement.
An issue could be Atletico’s asking price of €120 million (£106m).
It is reported that Alvarez is not interested in a return to the Premier League following his time with Man City.

Jackson future uncertain

Nicolas Jackson’s future at Bayern Munich is reportedly up in the air.
Jackson is on loan at Bayern from Chelsea but has struggled for starts and found himself largely a back-up to Harry Kane, who has been in sensational form.
According to BILD’s Christian Falk, Bayern do not intend to trigger the option to buy Jackson, but he is expected to stay until the end of the season.
Bayern are reportedly still interested in Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic.

Napoli target Chiesa

Napoli are reportedly keen on signing Liverpool’s Federico Chiesa.
The winger joined Liverpool in 2024 but has struggled for minutes under Arne Slot.
According to Emanuele Cammaroto, writing for NapoliMagazine, Napoli have identified Chiesa as a top target and talks are under way with his agent.
Napoli are keen on a loan move with an option to buy and value Chiesa at around €12m-€13m(£10.6m-£11.4m).

Konate in ‘tight spot’ over contract

Liverpool defender Ibrahima Konate says he has been put in a "tight spot" by speculation surrounding his future.
The defender’s current deal with Liverpool expires in 2026, and he has been linked with a move to Real Madrid.
Speaking to TF1 about his future, France’s Konate said: "It’s difficult, we can’t say everything because a lot of things are already being said in the media.
"Some of the things that I read, I’m like… oh la la. That puts me in a tight spot with Liverpool fans, and they don’t even know all the ins and outs."
