Jordan Henderson was on the scoresheet in the Premier League for the first time in four years as he netted his first Brentford goal in a 1-1 draw with Leeds United on Sunday afternoon. The midfielder later said the goal was dedicated to former Liverpool team-mate Diogo Jota, who died in July aged 28. Henderson recreated Jota's trademark celebration after scoring for Brentford.

Jordan Henderson paid tribute to former Liverpool team-mate Diogo Jota after scoring his first goal for Brentford in Sunday's Premier League draw with Leeds United.
The midfielder, who spent three seasons alongside Jota at Anfield, marked his goal with the Portuguese's trademark video game celebration.
And Henderson said after the game that his first Premier League goal since December 2021 was dedicated to Jota, who died in a car crash in July.
"It was his birthday recently," the 35-year-old told Sky Sports.
"We will never forget him. We always remember him forever. I can only imagine what the lads at Liverpool are going through.
"He was a good friend and I don't score many goals, so I thought I would dedicate it to him."

Henderson's previous league goal came for Liverpool in a 4-1 win over Everton four years ago, with Jota also on the scoresheet.
The England international was in tears as he laid a wreath outside Anfield the day after Jota's death.
He also wrote an emotional tribute to the Liverpool forward on Instagram, reflecting on their friendship.
Henderson, who became Brentford's oldest Premier League scorer with his effort against Leeds, has made 16 appearances so far this season since joining from Ajax.
And he earned the praise of manager Keith Andrews after another influential performance.
"Jordan's experience, knowledge of the game is second to none," Andrews said.
"He has been an impactful player for us. He has settled into life here really well and he has played a big part. Long may it continue."
Henderson last month outlined his intentions at Brentford in an interview with the club's media.
"Improvement," he said. "For the club, for the team – I want to be a part of that – and for myself.
"I want to give everything for the team and, hopefully, by the time I leave, Brentford are in a better place.
"It's now about trying to build on that, especially with some of the changes over the summer.
"If we keep working hard and doing what the club has been doing – whilst adding a few things to try and improve – hopefully we'll keep going in the same direction."
He added: "Everyone is so open, down-to-earth and genuine. It makes you realise why the team has done so well over the past few years with the people that they have in the building.Â
