Another week of UEFA Champions League football is behind us, as we edge ever closer to the knockout rounds. Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, Liverpool and Newcastle United all enjoyed wins to boost their qualification chances, but Manchester City slipped up. The penultimate League Phase matchweek in the UEFA Champions League delivered more drama as things were set up nicely for next week's final round showdown.
Arsenal and Bayern Munich secured their passage into the last 16 thanks to wins over Inter and Union Saint-Gilloise, respectively.
It was a great week for English clubs in general, as Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, Newcastle United and Chelsea were all on the winning side and joined The Gunners in the top eight.
Only Manchester City faltered - on the road in a shock defeat against Bodo/Glimt - which leaves them with work to do on Matchday 8 if they are to avoid a play-off round.
But what might you have missed? The TNT Sports team have rounded up some of the most notable - and bizarre - moments from across the continent this week.
Solanke's odd finish - 'I got to enjoy it in slow motion!'
Despite their horrid form in domestic competitions, Spurs continued their impressive record in Europe as they temporarily climbed to fourth in the table with victory over Borussia Dortmund and a rare home win.
They now sit fifth heading into their final game against already-eliminated Frankfurt, easing pressure on under-fire boss Thomas Frank.

In his first Champions League game for Spurs, Solanke doubled the hosts' lead after Cristian Romero's opener, but it was far from conventional.
"No, to be fair, obviously not [how I imagined my first UCL goal would go in]," Solanke told TNT Sports after the game.
"Would have preferred it to be a bit cleaner, but a goal’s a goal. I got to enjoy it in slow motion!"
His close-range finish is hard to explain, so it is best that you watch it for yourself...

Rodri's rapid red
It could not have gone worse in the Arctic Circle for Pep Guardiola and Man City on Tuesday, as they suffered a stunning 3-1 defeat at the hands of Bodo/Glimt.
Kasper Hogh scored two in two minutes to dampen Erling Haaland's Norwegian homecoming, before Jens Petter Hauge had Bodo in dreamland with a third.
Rayan Cherki pulled a goal back on the hour mark, but they were unable to mount a comeback as things went from bad to worse.
That was largely down to Rodri's sending off two minutes later, as he managed to pick up two bookings between the 61st and 62nd minutes.
They will now be without their Ballon d'Or-winning midfielder for the home tie against Galatasaray, which they must win if they are to have a chance of finishing in the top eight.

Kane's missed penalty
Even the best miss them.
After breaking the deadlock in the 52nd minute and then doubling Bayern's lead three minutes later - scoring his 33rd and 34th goals of the season - Harry Kane had the chance for a fourth hat-trick of the season.
Unfortunately for Kane, it was not to be as his effort from 12 yards - his second spot kick of the match - struck the bar.
While the Bayern faithful are likely to be forgiving, given his record in front of goal, England fans will be hoping he can fine-tune his penalty-taking in time for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Lewandowski scores at both ends
It was a rollercoaster of emotions for Robert Lewandowski on Wednesday as Barcelona overcame Slavia Prague.
The Pole is used to putting the ball in the net, but not at both ends, which is exactly what happened as Hansi Flick's side secured an important away victory.
After Barca fell to a shock Slavia opener, Fermin Lopez struck twice in eight minutes to complete the comeback before half-time.
But just before the break, Lewandowski headed the ball into his own net from a corner to gift the home side an equaliser.

However, the 37-year-old made amends in the second half, getting on the end of Marcus Rashford's cross to add a fourth for Barca in the 71st minute, following Dani Olmo's wonder-strike.
It marked his first Champions League goal of the season, and his 106th goal in the competition.

Salah fluffs lines on return
Mohamed Salah's latest Africa Cup of Nations dream came crashing down when his Egypt side were beaten by eventual winners Senegal in the semi-finals.
He returned to Liverpool and made his comeback in The Reds' 3-0 win over Marseille, but he did not quite have his shooting boots on.
Liverpool and England legend, and now TNT Sports expert, Steven Gerrard said the forward will be "frustrated" over this missed opportunity...

Gordon matches Shearer's record
It was a huge night for Newcastle, as they kept their dreams of reaching the Champions League knockouts for the first time ever alive with an easy 3-0 win over PSV.
The result meant Eddie Howe's side boosted their chances of a top-eight finish and an automatic route to the last 16.
One player who has played a pivotal role during the current European campaign is Anthony Gordon, who scored his sixth Champions League goal of the season against PSV.
Only Alan Shearer in 2002/03 has scored as many goals as that in a single Champions League campaign for Newcastle, also with six.

Skipper Miley
And to finish off, there was a nice moment at the end of the Newcastle victory, as local hero Lewis Miley, 19, was handed the captain's armband of his boyhood club.
After Bruno Guimaraes was forced off through injury in the first half - the only disappointment to come out of the game for Newcastle - Kieran Trippier naturally stepped in as captain for the second half as Miley replaced the Brazilian.
But when Trippier came off in the 87th minute, he gave the armband to the teenager, despite the likes of Nick Pope, Sven Botman, Sandro Tonali and Joelinton still on the pitch.
It is fair to say the fans inside St. James' Park loved it!
